Founded in 2020 and registered with the Trento Register of Lawyers, Legalade was created to offer an effective legal response to the rapid evolution happening in the insurance sector.

The uniqueness of Legalade’s positioning lies in the choice to specialize solely in matters of compensation for damages and insurance law.
Furthermore, the firm can maximize the results of its action – obtaining favourable jurisprudential sentences for the Companies –

thanks to a distinctive approach, which centralizes the activity of writing the practices among a group of specialized lawyers and delegates the operational management of the case to a network of highly qualified remote professionals.

ORGANIZATION

Organization

Legalade manages civil and criminal disputes relating to RCA and TPL through an organizational structure based on the collaboration between the firm’s professionals and the remote professionals on the Italian territory. It’s precisely this formula that allows Legalade to be competent, practical, flexible and result-oriented.

The company comprises specialized lawyers with an innovative approach to claims management at all legal stages.

Degree in law from the University of Trento in 2010, specialising in transnational and European law focused on criminal law. She has been qualified to practice the legal profession since 2012 and started her experience in insurance law by collaborating with various insurance companies.

She has provided and offered her assistance to foreign and Italian insurance companies, both in the extrajudicial field and as a fiduciary in the judicial and litigation area, acquiring significant experience in the field of interpretation and application of Contracts, especially in the insurance sector, in the field of civil liability related to medical malpractice, national and transactional road accidents, insurance anti-fraud and Audit activities. Her areas of expertise are also commercial contracts and litigation.

Yasmine Laachir

110 cum laude degree in law, earned at the University of Milan. Francesco Borello has been qualified to practice as a lawyer since 1997, when in his session, he provided the best overall score in his session, in the Milan Court of Appeal district. He is qualified to practice at the Supreme Court of Cassation since 2012.

He mainly operates in the field of civil law, in particular contracts and civil liability, and commercial law, both in and out of court. He holds teaching positions at the University of Milan - Department of private law and history of law.

Francesco Borrello

110 cum laude in Law at the University of Milan in 1986 and qualified to practice the legal profession since 1988. Filippo Ingraffia has been qualified to practice at the Supreme Court of Cassation since 2003 and provides consultancy activities, especially in the commercial and corporate fields and in judicial actions.

He has assisted Italian and foreign companies in acquisitions, mergers, sales, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and commercial agreements. He has acquired considerable experience in commercial contracts, where he can offer advice on negotiating contracts both nationally and internationally. His areas of expertise are also arbitration and litigation.

Filippo Ingraffia

Degree in law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan with a specialization in private and public international law in 2004. She has been licensed to practice the legal profession since 2007.

Villanova provides consultancy, also with the support of specialized foreign law firms, with reports for the European and London courts regarding Italian laws in the insurance sector and civil liability in all its facets. She provides and offers her assistance to foreign and Italian insurance companies, both in the extrajudicial field and as a fiduciary in the judicial and litigation area, having acquired crucial knowledge in the field of interpretation and application of Contracts, especially in the insurance sector, in the field of civil liability related to medical malpractice, national and transactional road accidents, insurance anti-fraud and audit activities. Her areas of expertise are also commercial contracts and litigation.
